The funniest thing about the vibrator joke is that in the game there is a Devil Breaker Arm that is described as an actual vibrator in its description. Meant to help Nero "alleviate" Kyrie's stiff shoulders, hips, and other bodily tensions.

Also fun fact, Nero means black(name given to him as he was abandoned with a black blanket around him as a baby), and Johnny Young Bosch was the black power ranger. Also Dante and Vergil's VAs were involved with power rangers too.

Hey now bro, Nero is coming into his own, thats why he is just "The Devil Hunter Nero" not "Legendary" like Dante. Its nice to have a new character added that isn't explicitly suddenly as strong as the older veteran MC, dmc4 handled that real well. And we needed some Punk to counter act the Suffer Bro energy of the series, add some variety.
