I don’t know how to accomplish this. The only way I know to change mental reactions of thoughts is to think into a different train of thoughts, including using meditative practices. Many of the recurring ideas I experience daily are immediately judged and lead to a few of the same reactive thought processes. I can change the label descriptions, but not stop them from happening.
