Saurav ji lam tha fan of you. Ra yestai yestai saurav ji ka interview pusatak haru heri rahana pau. Ani nepali ra nepali ko itihaas k ho bujhne auta pustak lekhi diye aavari hunthe.
I don't want to compare or contrast but he sounds like Zizek romanticising the idea of nationalism. He is the realist but realism can just go that far. Human, in general, are stupidly driven by their emotions that is contradictory in a sense that higher intellect is emotional. Facts matter only in a crowd that embrace facts and scientific approach. I look up to such critical thinker, TY Mr Saurav. After all we live on the small blue dot.
In the interview above the writer Saurabh says that he does not like "intervention" during Gadimai bloodbath festival. Then, he says Bhaishnavas also don't espouse sacrifice. Unfortunately, if Mr Saurabh had any access to his inner self he would not have to take the example of the Bhaishnabhas. He would have talked from the state of knowing and not from the state of not-knowing which he does here.

The proposal for Closure of boarder between Nepal and India is not understood, because the logic given has been conditional that if closure of boarder were happened then the Federal system would be acceptable; though I have been a long listener of his logic based on deep study.

Good job Basanta Basnet. I have couple of remarks about him - Seems he is talking like Alternative right. I would not be surprised if he is a regular follower of a conspiracy theory king- Alex Jones Channel. - He has a conservative view ie country first. Well, i am a liberal i.e i believe in people first. Black Lives Matter is a identity movement because of injustice. Madesh become an identity because of injustice. It is simple. - It is good that he wrote his opinion in his book and it is a documentation. Every generation will dwelve into details about the credulity of his work. - Deep down in his heart, he has hatred against west. And he is using Hindutwa politics by RSS. In Gujarat, the high school curriculum has been changed. " Firangi" is a recent popular word in indian media. It is well orchestrated in Gujarat high school textbook. - I am an atheist nepalese and i do not agree with this guy. He said that he does not like secularism because it is a concept of west. Wow wow wow. Well this video is a documentation that this sort of writer can also be revered. It shows that nepalese mentality is still at dark age. For me, religion is personal and private. What i believe is what i eat, practice, believe is my personal choice and state should not dictate my personal choice. Is this also a western value ? Common folks wake up. - He likes science and technonlogy but he does not like scientific methodology. Here is a problem. Science is not only about documentation of observation but also involves the scientific methodology of why things are or work the way they are. manisha ghimire First of all you idiots need to know that saurabh isn’t hindu. He is a nature worshipper.(mosto) Second, he has mentioned that he is against secularism but doesn’t want to make Nepal a hindu country . Lastly, he doesn’t express hate against the west, it’s just a protest against their policy of neo colonism .
This is an expected response from a atheist. When someone contradict science and spirituality (or say religion), the problem starts at the very beginning.
