I’m just watching this for the first time. Could you tell me, each handout received (e.g. TC1 to TC2 or TC4 to TC5 etc) when are these handouts given? And when do you have chance to plot them? Can they all be plotted before the start of the event?

Generally, if I'm marshalling, I give out the navigation 10 seconds before before the competitor is due to leave. I have known some marshals give out the navigation exactly on the minute.
