You deserve the best. Your Brock string video helped me solve my convergence issues. I’ve been dealing with it for 5+ years and it only took 4-5 days of exercise to see gigantic improvements. I’m so much more efficient and productive at work.

Never addressed eye muscle exercises as beneficial, only here to debunk and keep a job selling eyeglasses. Show some expert graphics that show people attempting to develop eye muscles weakened by using head and neck movements for vision. Would you turn your head from the waist? If you keep doing it your neck muscles work less. They don't disappear but to they need blood sent to them as exercise. They may still develop after years of inactivity and swell up and tug the eyes to a full focus.

The doctor did in fact admit eyemuscle rotation as beneficial, but expressed doubt that any quick routine would return normal vision

would you suggest these exercises for a lazy eye though? I have double vision, because my right eye is quite lazy and so my vision doubles. I got prism glasses but months have passed, and my vision did not get better

Search RU-vid for "Jay Williams Prison Modifications Tattooed Eves". It's a guy telling a story about something he saw done while servng a 10 year prison sentence. Would be interesting to see an optometrist react to it.
