This time, I'll show you how to make corn butter, a classic and very popular dish that uses delicious corn in the summer.
With a little extra effort, this corn butter looks even more impressive, and is also super easy to eat, so you can pick it up and eat it all up.
It's a little difficult to make, but it's a great way to treat guests or have a party, so be sure to learn how to make it!

I'll show you how to make delicious, easy-to-eat corn butter.
[Ingredients]
1 corn (with husk)
2 tablespoons of mentsuyu (2x concentrated)
10g butter
Grated garlic (as needed)
Black pepper (as needed)
Toothpick (as needed)
[Preparation]
1. Wrap the corn with the husk in plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes.
2. Mix the grated garlic with the mentsuyu.
3. Place the microwaved corn in cold water with the plastic wrap to cool, then cut off the root.
4. Hold the corn by the base and pull the skin from the top to remove it! You can also remove the hairs.
5. Cut the corn into pieces shorter than a toothpick, and insert a toothpick into the corn kernels to prevent them from falling apart.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan, arrange the corn kernels, and fry until fragrant.
7. Turn off the heat, add butter and melt it, and mix well.
8. Add garlic noodle soup and mix well.
9. Arrange the corn butter on top and sprinkle with black pepper.

他の動画で似たものを見ました。それは、生のとうもろこしを爪楊枝の長さに切って、それをそれぞれ縦に半分に切り、爪楊枝を縦に刺したら親指の腹で横に粒を一列倒すようにはずして、油で揚げてました。 その方が手間もなく綺麗に取れてた様な気がします。
