EastIdahoNews.com and Ashley HomeStore are teaming up every week to bring you some good news during Feel Good Friday!
We want to thank people in our community with random acts of kindness and leave you feeling good.
A few days ago we received this email:
There is construction on the railroad by Premier and Blackfoot Motorsports. One of the flaggers there waves and smiles at every vehicle that passes - doing his best to get them to smile and wave back. With so much negativity and so many people hating their jobs, it sure would be nice if this man's positive approach to a truly boring job was shared.
We agreed - and we tracked down the man this email was talking about. His response it one we'll remember for a long time. Watch the video above to see how he reacted to his Feel Good Friday surprise!

U deserve this 🙏🏻years ago I managed a store in the mall I dreaded it and every morning when I opened ( the gate was closed) this elderly lady mall walker she has health issues She would wait for her morning hello 👋🏻 to every store and compliment your sweater etc Can I tell u it made my day Every day for 2 yrs .I know u are doing the same So many are in there bubble of pain and your small act penetrates that and makes someones day Everyday...🗣Im also led my God to spread love daily 👋🏻It always comes back. I live like 5000 miles away in the UK, why am i subscribed to East Idaho News? i'm not even subscribed to my own local news channel, Oh that's right, the Daybells! I live in PA and we just had the same experience with a guy who was here as part of a contracted company to replace electric poles. He would be out there all day dancing and waving to every car that went by. He got a lot of online attention from the residence in the area.
