@@PaulDanielGolban Not only has Alexoi always been critical of Ana, but she actually insulted her during last year's world championships, when Ana refused to give her an interview. Ana has suffered a lot as a consequence of all the criticism directed at her and her team mates coached by Kiens and Jones, so much so that she actually considered retiring from gymnastics. I am glad she didn't.
@@PaulDanielGolban Precisely. Alina Alexoi is among those who regret the "old guard" as far as gymnastics practices go (abuse and starvation included). As such, nothing the Dutch coaches did was right. If the girls failed, it was their fault. If they did anything right, it was not their merit, but that of the old school coaches who trained the girls before they reached competition level. As for what she said to Ana (for whom she never had a kind word in her posts or comments), she yelled at her and called her "trash". In a way, I am glad she was there to witness Ana getting the medal. It can't have gone down easily for her.
