We love ours. Very comfortable and I am 6’-3” and 255 lbs. we got a 7 seater U-shape couch. So much room. Definitely better than Ashley furniture couches

It is the Ashley Altari sectional. I bought mine at Nebraska Furniture Mart and it was cheaper than at Ashley.com. @@melaniecarrier2157 I think it's comfortable. You don't sink into it, it's a bit firm but I tend to prefer that in a sofa.

They count on buyers not wanting to mess with a return since it takes time. And good luck if you are unfortunate enough not to have kept the original shipping boxes.

It was definitely a bit of work to get it returned. I agree a lot of people will miss the return deadline or not save the boxes which is what they want to happen!
