Oh! As Sean mentioned, the macros, he listed them as such: Macros: 598 calories 6g fat 80g protein 56g carbs
@@matthoyt9506 the mcflurry is easily my favorite thing hes made I eat it almost daily. Some days gotta stick to the basic chocolate tho to stay on a deficit
I LOVE that you keep talking about Olive Garden in this! 😂 I waitress there part time in Indiana but because of you and coach Greg I've still managed to lose 25 lbs since March!
Made this last night. Instead of panko crumbs, I crushed 14 g of pork skins, mixed in 10g of parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. I used egg whites instead of egg beaters. I cut up some extra tomatoes and cooked them down into some low cal pizza sauce. I laid the chicken over 100g of polenta and went to town. The air fryer is fantastic.
Yummmmmm I LOVE this. Cooked mine in the oven. Had to lower the mozzarella amount because can’t find zeeero fat mozz here. But it didn’t matter. Also, so much panko crumbs in the measurements but didn’t use nearly the amount to get a good crispy crust on the chicken. Egg whites worked fine. Had this with some protein pasta sprayed with a few spritzes of I cant believe it’s not butter spray, salt and pepper, and a little bit of the pasta water. So it’s wet ass pasta. Not dry.
I've made this before (different measurements of ingredients), but I smashed that like button before even watching the video because I suggested anabolic chicken parm on your IG. For another 150-200 cals, you can make a chicken parm sandwich/hero! CAN'T WAIT TO MAKE THIS! Calories and macros are insanely great for remaking the classic. Thank you, Rem!
Good recipe. I say a few more minutes in the air fryer at the end and maybe bump it up to 400. Gotta make that cheese melty. Long stringy cheese is what chicken Parmesan is all about. And it makes for better thumbnails. 😜. Keep up the great work. Love the videos.
Another great recipe! I love all of them and make them constantly. I’d love to see you try some Nashville Hot Chicken recipes!! That is the hardest food to fit in macros for me and I love it.
Recipe Hack: Chicken Parm Fingers After flattening the chicken, cut into strips. Cook 1 minute less because strips cook faster. Omit the cheese and sauce from the chicken. Instead, microwave them until just bubbly (recommend using 50-60% power so it doesn't splatter). Dip crispy chicken parm fingers in sauce. You're welcome.
@@taylortait1 what are you talking about? If you go by the recipe you only bread it with the amount in the recipe fingers or flat fillet. There would be no way to have more calories from more panko in simple terms if you follow the recipe as you're suppose to w out altering breading ingredients
@@taylortait1 I see what you are trying to say, but 56g breadcrumbs is always 56g breadcrumbs, regardless of how the chicken is cut. Don't overthink it.
Stuff like this is gold for me. I'm (mostly) vegetarian, but instead of regular high calorie cheat meals I've turned to non-vegetarian cheat meals once in a while. So consider me on board for chicken parm (and get out of here with eggplant parm, it is the worst) Pro tips, btw: I'd try using a little less of the bread crumbs and substitute a little of it with high fiber/high protein flour alternatives (probably not coconut flour since it's sweet, but chickpea flour or flaxseed flour - again, not a lot, just like maybe 20% or in this case 10g) since we all know these additional 3-4g of fiber can go a long way. Also use one hand for the batter and one hand for the breading, that way it doesn't clump so horribly on your hands.
@@danielnolasco8018 at the end of the day, calories in vs calories out. It is physically impossible to gain weight if you consume less than what is required
ertren6 in terms of losing weight yes. Calories in calories out. But if you want to build muscle while losing weight you can’t just eat as low as 2000 calories a day and expect to build muscle, no matter how much protein you eat. You’re going to get skinny and weak. Fudge brownies are not gonna fuel you probably for an effective workout. You will not Progressively overload on “i can’t believe it’s not butter” spray, protein powder, and powdered greens. I’m sorry but if you wanna burn fat and build muscle and feel good you’re going to have to eat Whole Foods. There is no way around that. Stop trying to find the easy way out, be disciplined and work hard. It’s not easy. It will never be easy and again, I am sorry but you’re going to have to work hard.
@@danielnolasco8018 does the body know the difference in protein from say a mission carb tortilla vs chicken? With this diet, it is waaaay to easy to get a persons macros down. It doesnt have to be hard, only if you want it to be.
Daniel Nolasco if you actually paid attention to the recipes or his diet plan you would realise that he only consumes 1-2 meals that contain protein powder per day which to me seems pretty average...if you want to make your life miserable and eat the same plain foods all the time then be my guest...And FYI I don’t copy his exact diet by any means and basically avoid the artificial stuff entirely...
Wellll true but if you’re very active it’s nice to have certain days where you’re carbed up and to also note that healthy fats are necessary for joint, muscle, and brain health so when you haven’t had any at all to make sure to get some
All these recopies look killer and the few I've tried have not disappointed. The only thing I'd like to see different about the videos is some sound dampening foam in that kitchen. It's a little tough to listen to on my setup. Could just be me though.
Can save a few cals if you use 2 pieces stale /toasted 647 brand bread and crush it up like panko which would give you 80 cals for 56g instead of ~210 cals of Panko that is also 56g.
You the king of RU-vid man, you have honestly helped my mental health a lot just by being honest and giving easy tips to follow. Simple and easy ❤️ love from AUS
Just ordered an airfryer 👍 looked at the foodi but already have a slow cooker so didnt see the point in spending more money for something that I already have, don't think I'd use the other settings on it so just a cheaper airfryer for now and see how the recipes go 💪👍
I’ve been doing something similar to this except I stuff the breast with the FF cheese and top it with the marinara. My dry mix is 1/2 Panko 1/2 flour. I also use fresh basil on top. Key is to cut the fat from the cheese and massive amounts of butter/oil in traditional
Hey rem I got my ninja blender from amazon today. Was washing it in the sink for first time use and the blade fell out and sliced my hand. Went and got 6 stitches haha
1. Extra thumbs up for the tranquilized bear impersonation. 2. Olive Garden gives you the Tour of Italy. Rem gives you the Tour of Walmart-sounds a little more affordable. 3. I'm happy he gives us all a warning from cooking foods in the Anabolic Kitchen: unwanted toe growth, girlfriend beard growth, mole growth, but also muscle growth, too. It all seems worth it in the end.
Thank you for the inspiration Rem my wife and I watch all of your videos and we have made a few of your dishes. Losing weight the right way with the correct guidance.
