The german and japanese version feel more connected to the original movies because they use the exact same voice actors, unlike in the original english version where everyone got a different voice in clone wars

@@diokles Albania/Shqipëria is possibly the country I mostly overlook in the grand scheme of things. I want to treat everyone equally and that's why I support dubbing. It gets many people involved that normally wouldn't ever get involved causing a hiarchy in which language and country is superior. When credit is due I give. It's really good sound despite not knowing the language. Sad that your country only dubs kids material (from what I read on Wikipedia).

Uuuuu I liked the guy in German, Czech and Serbian so much!!!! The girl sounded so dull in Polish lmao, usually Polish dubs take the anger to another level (their Elsa’s “I said enough” to come to mind) but here it sounded like she was talking about the weather… I got the same vibes from the Turkish girl too. The intro was gorgeous, and your take definitely deserves its place among these official dubs 🥰 Btw, are these two like romantically involved or something…?

German is one of my favourites too!! One of the smoothest voices here for sure. Polish Ahsoka shocked me lol, I expected much better... I don't like Turkish & Malay either. Thank you so much ❤❤ JO. IN. ALBANIAN. Anakin is Ahsoka's master!

Well as a Pole, I really loved the Polish dub Ahsoka. She didn't sound dull to me but I can't really convince you.

@@diokles Polish actress for Ahsoka (Agnieszka Kudelska) actually kinda struggled to make that voice. In that scene she uses her normal voice, but most of the time she had to change it to sound more high-pitched, which she said was exhausting. She said that's why she didn't like that role in the beginning, and only appreciated the fact that she plays Ahsoka later. In later episodes of Clone Wars (like here) she started using lower voice for Ahsoka, closer to her (actress') original one and Kudelska said from that point she liked the role, because before she had too much problem to make Ahsoka sound good. I don't know why they made Ahsoka's voice lower later. I guess because she was a teenager and they wanted to show that she matured, and her voiced lowered in the proccess. In this scene the actress sounds pretty close to her normal voice. In earlier episodes of Clone Wars Ahsoka's voice is similar, but more high pitched.

Since you're Albanian, I'm curious, was the original trilogy released theatrically in Albania? If so, do you know of their premiere dates?

Unfortunately not. Back in the days Albania was in communism & absolutely isolated from the rest of the world. Henceforth, every kind of content published on theatres/TV here was _only_ Albanian lmfao

@@peylix-ohm4701 According to some info, the first cinema hall here was apparently opened in July 1999 (after The Phantom Menace was released), and it didn't have any other competitor until 2007. I guess Attack of the Clones (2002) was the first one? I wish I knew :(

@@diokles Damn, even that kind of info is obscure there? Oh well, I'm really interested in the international distribution of Star Wars. In my country (Portugal), the first film premiered here on 6 December 1977.

@@peylix-ohm4701 The thing is that in the 90s the country had a _VERY_ hard time during the transition to actual democracy. No one could even think to go to the cinema back then, and there was no copyright law established yet. That's so lovely though! Now I have a short question, would you prefer to watch the saga dubbed in PT-PT or subbed? Disney owns Star Wars now, and Portugal has dubbed several Disney live-action movies recently, so I was quite surprised when I realised that the sequel trilogy had no PT-PT dub.

The Albanian girl is actually Luli Bitri
