In the intuitive approach, you mentioned that Vin is applied to M1 and all of the that is appearing at source terminal of it according to source follower concept but you mentioned its a CS amplifier at the start of the intuitive analysis when we define its GM1 using source degeneration method. So, how can we consider it as a CS amplifier initially and later on as a source follower while applying the super position theorem? Could you please clarify it?

Thank you Sir 😊 cs stage with current source load and use a line from s1 to connect g2 Transconductance GM=iout/vin iout+gm1vgs1+gm2vgs2=0..(1) iout+gm1(vin-vs)+gm2(vs-0)=0...(1) And then vgs1=vin-gm1vgs1*Rs...(2) vgs1=vin/(1+gm1Rs)...(2) again vin-vs=vin/(1+gm1*Rs)..(2) vs=vin(gm1*Rs)/(1+gm1*Rs)....(2) Substitute (2) into equation (1) iout+gm1vin-gm1vs+gm2vs=0...(1) iout+vs(-gm1+gm2)+gm1vin=0..(1)
