AnalogMan ARDX20 vs. DOD Rubberneck - Analog delay comparison 

Wow... how are they similiar!!! Not the same, but very similar. What a surprise!

Wow... Both are absolutely beautiful sounding. How are so many delays so great sounding?

Yeah it seems The Analog Man Has controls for two delays. And therefore forgoes any control over tone, gain or modulation. Which I have found important to me in analog delays. That I control that tone gain and modulation.

To avoid any boutique bias, I played this in the background while doing something else going back to the video everytime I liked the sound. I prefer DOD.

Hello. Great job first of all. Out of all the analog delays which would you say has the most natural, cleaner delays? I’m looking for one for my acoustic. I’d prefer modulation option as well. Thanks

So what’s your opinion? Listening with an iPhone it sounds like the dod is slightly more trebly but they are close.

it seems like you didn't do any modulated delay. And from looking at it it seems like the analog man doesn't have modulation. Which in my opinion the Rubberneck really shines with modulation and using it's rubbernecking features and what not. Does the Analog Man have modulation?

The Analog man has prettier, more subtle tone, like an Ibanez AD-9 or AD-mini, but the Rubberneck can do lots of stuff.

Do both units have effects loop for the repeats? I know the DOD does.

So if my observations are correct oh, it's kind of an apples and oranges comparison.
