If Nurse and Skinner are on the ice next game it's OVER OVER Skinner should be benched for his game tilting mistake alone, completely dumb error. Otherwise Knob needs to pull Skinner and timeout when the game gets tilted... didn't do it last time for some reason.
Whenever skinner leaves the net I yell get back in the net!! He made a couple blunders this regular season and the worst of all was Thursdays game giving away that one.. it’s over skinner ain’t an elite goalie bobs is.
@@lonewolfwarrior2143 I couldn't believe my eyes honestly that such a mistake was made in the Cup Finals... you know your team fights like hell just to get 1 goal so buddy you'd better be guarding that net with your life. Watching him vs. Bobvrosky is like watching a statue in the net, with barely any movement and just zero awareness of what is going on in the game or reading plays. Don't care for his lackadaisical attitude and excuses either... he is absolutely a factor that cost his team the cup and had it not been for that mistake series might be 2-1 right now.

@@mkwanster07 They're playing for pride now. I don't recall telling the team to give up and quit. They aren't good enough to win this series. That is the reality of it. All they want now, is to not go down as one of the most embarrassing Staney Cup finals in history, scoring 4 goals and being swept in 4 games.
@@alfernken It means that the Florida Panthers were in the exact same position the Oilers are now, and they failed. To suggest that any team give up, to not continue to make potential improvement changes, to not play smart and disciplined, even though the odds are against you is ridiculous. What if Florida had followed that advice last year, when it was obvious they weren't winning the cup? They may not be back on the dance floor this year. According to your failed logic, last year they might as well have given up when they were down 3 games to 1, to Boston. But they didn't give up, and came back to win that series, and then to reach the final. They didn't win the final series, but they played each and every game like they had a chance. The Oilers are doing the same. They are not quitters, they will be back, and they will succeed. That's what it means.
The Oilers have the worst management. They had over 10 first round picks in the top 10. They had at least 4 1st overall picks. They should have won at least 1 cup by now. If they didn’t draft McDavid they would be irrelevant.
