As for those who think exactly who he is. I don't know him too but i have àn uncle who was in jail for almost 30 years until he was given à parole and for his finally free to go home he thinks that people will be afraid or uncomfortable because he was came from jail. Everytime we had conversation he was like shaking and by being so clingy while talking like what you saw Hubert's doing here it is i think bcoz they just stayed for a long time in jail without even seeing there fam regularly and got accused from murder and their mental illness crushing them just like what did exactly on Hubert here.
