I really like the concept of this game once you get past the beginning it's kinda addicting.

However, I see from many RU-vidrs how complicated the controls are so want as much info as I can accumulate before December when it (hopefully) gets released for consoles. Thank you for this. I was getting really frustrated with this game. I get the no hand holding thing. Which is an attractive feature. But a decent tutorial is clearly needed for this game.

Do not skip over any hints. I didn't know you could swing on branches until my second playthrough. My first playthrough ended because I killed 3 of my guys falling out of trees... ... it might not have happened if I had them... I mean I did kill 1 of my new clan doing the same thing... but um... hmm.

I love the game but I hate how it explains little to nothing. For the first hour I didn't know how to even heal bleeding wounds and for the first 3 hours I didn't know you could swap monekys and that babies gave you Neuro energy

What does it mean when there's kinda like a fog all over the screen? and on the bottom left where the eye is. what is that orange/red that flashes off it mean?

How do you recruit someone?

Sooo....bottom right where it shows the rest of your clan members, some of the dots move to outside the circle. What does that mean? I had thought at first that it was the group that was with you, but the children don't move. Maybe that is just cause the children aren't switchable though.

The foggy sunshine means you're tired

so, when you are hunting and the click happens, do you have to press A again or just release A?

Just got this game as I was waiting for a sale... have to say I'm glad I waited for a sale because while I get what they were trying to do, for me? It is not working! DESPERATELY needs some form of tutorial or guide on how to do... well... ANYTHING so I hope this video helps as I WANT to like the game I'm really intrigued by the idea of it!

Im still in the first camp, still trying to make that basalt-chopper ...to an extent, that there's no more basalt in the area ..i smashed it all!! So now i wonder.. the trees and plants grow and therefor theres always enough to failure ...but what about basalt ...and the lavaglassstone ...even did some time-jump but theres nothing more of it? I just let my imagination run and imagine that small fragments of that stonewall would fall off over time, to give me chance for a new try ...but that hassent happen yet?? Any XP about this y wanna share? BTW: Im playing on PC, so im totally alien to the 'press A' on the controller(nothing happen here, other than walking left)
