According to Supernatural Encounters: The ancient tongue refers to Darth Nihilus’ “unsettling, literally extirpating” language in the Knights of the Old Republic Campaign Guide. In Knights of the Old Republic II, Nihilus’ speech is the language of the True Sith, with the Sith Assassins and ancient Sith Holocrons speaking the same disturbing, hissing tongue, which seems akin to Lovecraft’s R'lyehian and Tolkien’s Black Speech. Jedi prophesy that it will be heard in the end times when the True Sith return.
and that's how he's meant to be, if someone can drain an entire planet of life with nothing but his mind as well as slowly kill others with his mere presence, i'm sure his voice (which also causes suffering and death to all who hear it) would be the same as his other terrifying feats
Nah hes just a little teddy bear he was easy in the game praviding you are a sertan level and got backup and never once did he try and eat my forse energy or life energy ether he just stud there and waved his lightsaber aroud ha ha
Marcepan well yeah he probably doesn’t know the ins and outs of Sith sorcery like they do but he can probably out fight most of them at least. He held his own against someone with the murr talisman and defeated lord momin while severely injured.
The dark and the light are two distinct different aspects of the force so it would stand to reason that each side of the force would have it's language or dialect. One based off of positive emotions and the other negative; each producing their own unique sounds or vocalizations.
My 3 year old daughter woke up with a nightmare. I tried to use this as a lullaby. It didn't seem to be soothing enough. Anyone got any advice? Best regard. Frustrated dad. Edit: Thanks RU-vid for not informing me until 1 year had passed that my comment had gained over 1.5k likes. Thanks a lot for that. Now I feel I can't really interact with all the amazing comments I've got without being months too late. Wow! U sure made a step in the right direction, and then u made 12 steps back...
Christopher Eichor I agree. Most people who would want to call themselves Sith Lords don't know the responsibilities of the Dark Side. Devastating Consequences follow you if you betray them. Only they can save themselves by making the right decisions while using the Dark Side. I'm not giving advice, but I know, because I too had to let things go in order to avoid becoming a Sith lord.
Darth Sidious ones are from TCW when he makes the ritual with Darth Tyranus. Darth Nihilus from KOTOR II and Star Wars: Broken Souls. Exar Kun from the Audiobooks. Darth Revan is the sound of the Atris Holocron from KOTOR II, tough it could be Rakatan.
@@josephbanet5410 So, I don't know if you guys figured it out, but there are audiobooks of some of the Tales of the Jedi comics, including Dark Lords of the Sith, the one in which Exar Kun falls to the dark side. I'd wager the audio comes from that audiobook, though I can't guarantee it.
Actually Darth Nihilus isn't using any kind of language, in the Canon it says that he comunicates with the Force, only a Few sith, who are very Force-sensitive, such as Darth Traya or Visas Marr ( later jedi ) were able to under stand him.
@Darth Revan Darth Nihilus sounded like the scholar of the first sin from Dark Souls II, but speaking in backwards demonic. Darth Revan sounded like a german version of 'Where the Slime Live' by Morbid Angel played through your best friend's 500$ high school car stereo, and at 2/3 of the way through, it'llstsrt playing the cassette tape in reverse for some weird reason. Exar Kun was barely there, let's be honest. Darth Sideous sounds like a French-Russian old man slowly reading off a cook book, but the recipe isn't exactly what he's use to doing so he's confused and starting to get irritated with it. Because who the hell would put in that much butter?!?
Thats stupid. Every language will have similaritties to 2-3 other languages. I guess english is basically german + latin + french + gaelic or some shit. and I can claim that french is basically latin + english + german. Spanish is basically portugese. Portugese is basically spanish. Sounds idiotic because it is.
its the fact that you can't see his eyes but he can see you . he stares into your soul waiting to feed a pond it. he is not a sith lord. he's a sith God. Im talking about nihilus btw
The FireSpitter,I think you're right, considering the times Darth Revan put his mask on to frighten his enemies before he killed them. By the way...I once heard that the name Revan comes from the Latin name Revenant. Ancient stories told during the Dark Ages of Warriors, long vanquished and sent to their graves resurfacing as skeletons and seeking revenge on the warriors, or knights who killed them. Yet,the skeletons were fueled by the spawned hatred they developed after being killed in battle. No,I don't really believe it, but it does frighten me a little. All Warriors have to overcome, or conquer their fears, anyway.
I love how Kylo walked into that temple in the beginning, no fear, no hesitation, ignites his saber and strides in alone ready to fight and kill Darth Sidious in single combat, or any other potential Sith Lords inside because he had no real information on what was inside that temple...he approached the threat of Darth Sidious exactly how Sidious approached the threat of Maul and Savage…you gotta respect that, cause no other Sith has ever stepped to Sidious like that, even Vader was afraid to challenge his master, and if Palpatine was Snoke the entire time then technically Kylo Ren was Palpatine’s Sith apprentice for nearly a decade, which means whether he wants the title or not, Kylo is directly connected to the chain of Sith Lords.
@Berzerk Llama she wasn't helped. They gave her a pep talk and then she soloed Palpatine. Only Mace and Yoda could keep pace with Palpatine and the Yoda fight ended in a draw and Palpatine let Mace win to turn Anakin, but somehow Rey comes in and kills him on her own
Berzerk Llama it’s Disney’s way of forcing mary sue feminist girl power bollocks down our necks. The terrifyingly powerful Lord Vader couldn’t kill Sidious, but muh Rey blocked the fucking lightning with one hand on her lightsaber
“My life spans millennia. Legions have risen to test me. My ascension is inevitable. A day, a year, a millennium, it matters not. I hold the patience of stone and the will of stars. Your striving.... is insignificant. Let your death be the same” -Tenebrae/Valkorian/Darth Vitiate
Honestly, it seems to me that sith language has some different dialects in it. Like original Korribanish (more hissing thing, can be heard in most of holocrones) and Ziost dialects, or Balc (that one Sidious was using in his sorcery).
