When I took Asian History back in uni, i learned that Kama Sutra is not just a book about sexual pleasures but how to have a good relationship with your spouse/significant other, and sex is just one aspect of it.
what a lot of people don't know/understand is that people likes to be loved and recognised as people without a stupid artificial war of sexes that doesn't go anywhere.

But there is a difference between fighting each other and understanding one another. So far I haven't met one man whose libido went down to 0 when he didn't feel loved and cared for by his partner. But that was the case for every single woman in my life. Women are not small men and men are not hairy women. Only understanding each other and acting accordingly is going to improve our relationships with each other. 😉

This lady is very well known and respected woman in India. Mostly the millennials and gen Z follow her. She focuses more on relationship side of sex drive rather than the plain old hardcore sex drive.

I wouldn’t say that. If you fundamentally just don’t agree with her that’s fine. I believe in God and don’t follow or believe these beliefs but I can recognize she has some morality and is obviously helping others with the intent to HELP.

Also the nofap section was kind of cancerous because they're just generalizing it as a choice to not do that and the movement/organisation's.
