Marinate for 30 Mins
Remaining Green chillies - 5 (Slited & Chopped)
Making:

Oil - 3 tbsp
Garlic pods 4-5 (Crushed/Cubes)
Minced Ginger - 2 tbsp
Fry for 30 seconds on Low Flame
Chopped Onions - 2 Indian Medium size (150-200gms)
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Close lid & leave for 3 Mins on Medium Flame
Fry for 1 Min on Medium Flame
30 Mins Marinated Chicken
Fry for 3 Mins on High Flame
Fry for 2 Mins on Medium Flame
Close lid & leave for 4-5 Mins on Medium Flame
Fry for 2 Mins on Medium Flame
Water - 250ml
Fry for 4-5 Mins on Medium Flame
Fry for 2 Mins on Medium Flame
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Dark Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Add Chopped Green chillies
Fry for 2 Mins on Medium Flame
Close lid & leave for 4-5 Mins on Medium Flame
Coriander powder - half tsp
Fry for 1 Min on Medium Flame
Corn flour water
(Corn flour - 1 tbsp + Water (According to consistency))
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Sprinkle Coriander leaves
