I've always found Andhra food way too spicy for me but this Andhra style black pepper chicken was the perfect dish. Beautifully spiced with pepper and low on the heat.

I've been in the mood for Pepper Chicken and was going to cruise the Pinterest boards. I should have known better and will now ALWAYS check your posts 1st!! It will definitely be on tonight's dinner menu. Thanks for always coming through with new ideas. I might not cook everything you post (shellfish allergies etc) BUT Headbanger's Kitchen is THE BEST place for dinner ideas!!!

Last night I made a different kind of pepper chicken with lots of black pepper, cayenne, garlic, salt, and soy sauce with some broccoli florets. It was significantly simpler but still tasty.

This is not Andhra chicken. Tamil Naidu and kerela uses pepper a lot in their dishes. O don’t think andhra grows lots of pepper unlike kerala..

I ran a restaurant in Karnataka although I am from Andhra…if you think google helped you then…you are just an idiot. Tell me 6 restaurants that serve the same pepper chicken in Andhra…I will apologize to you…
