I make cheeseburger salad……so I’d add everything I want on a burger. Tomatoes, lettuce, onion, diced pickles, bacon, cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayo dressing and of course ground beef. Delish!
Adding the condiments into the mix is something I never considered but sounds like a delicious alternative. I may use pork rinds to “dip” into the finished product. 😉👍🏼
I use a keto wrap made from cassava and cauliflower, score it into wedges, and crisp it so it works like tortilla chips...YUM! I only recently found a supplier of pork rinds, so I'll definitely try them, too!
I do a cheeseburger "macaroni" knockoff (hamburger helper inspired because my husband loves that stuff) with usually green beans instead of macaroni noodles. It's pretty delicious too.
There’s tofu shirataki macaroni shaped noodles that you could probably add. They’re not the classic macaroni shape, but I think they work well in recipes calling for macaroni.
I took a cheese burger cassole to a pot luck lunch at work. Everyone loved it. One guy who left our job emailed me months later for the recipe and ironically he was working in a cream cheese factory haha This recipe looks easier to make then the one I use so will give this a go
Hello and Yum. I love how you take ingredients and twist them up into different combo Ideas. It keeps keto interesting. Especially if your maintaining the lifestyle!
I have some ground meat thawing for today. This looks like a great new way to prepare it (minus the bacon for me). I'll use my air fryer to melt the cheese on top.
I actually made this (no bacon or cream cheese) after seeing the video. It does taste like a cheeseburger, for sure. I had planned just to eat the ground meat that day, so this was a nice change from the usual.
I can't wait to try this just had a big sale on ground beef this week so I am locked and loaded!!!! can't thank you enough for all the work you do to get us these great recipes
Hello Sahil.....I've never eaten bacon in my life !.....as an Indian we don't get becon in stores to buy one....can you please show us how to make bacon in your next video it'll be help full for me and all Indian subscribers :)
Hi Alvin, where do you live? You get bacon literally in all the cities in India and especially anywhere that there is a Christian community. Most cold storages stock it. Otherwise use websites like www.meatigo.com and www.fresh-pick.in etc to order.
@@HeadbangersKitchen i live in aurangabad Maharashtra and thanks I'll check it out and your recepies really helped me a lot in keto diet so thanks once again
Oh okay, so I don't know which of these websites will ship there but am sure you can find one that does because bacon is one of the few meats that is easy to ship and send because it's a cured meat.
Made this tonight. Family approved! I did leave out the cream cheese, it seemed a bit too rich already with everything else. Keep the recipes coming. You have great and fun recipes.
Heed his warning people, 80/20 indeed made it way too greasy. Still delicious but the pools of grease are just unnecessary. Also kinda mess up your macro calculations if you care about that. Will try again!
HK! I made this just now and it’s the bomb! I made it with mozzarella, so it’s like a pizza without crust. Good! Only thing though, I made it in my Ninja Foodi. Delish!
Unrelated question. Have you ever caught any shit from anyone for using beef? I remember you had a recipe where you were cooking beef tongue (I think) and you made sure to point out that it was ox tounge because you didn't want anyone coming at you for it.
Oh you mean WATER BUFFALO. Even this beef I am using is water buffalo meat. I don't get much shit because my content doesn't really find it's way to the right wing religious extremist people as off now. I did have to deal with some on my Instagram live streams and stuff in the past but it's a bit more chilled out now.
My first video of yours. Can't explain why your presentation is so refreshing; maybe because it's quick and to the point, maybe it's your enthusiasm, maybe it's your use of "jibber jabber" which caused me to Like it immediately. Subscribed.
Been wanting to try this since I saw it on diet doctor website. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes. Especially like this one as I can still basically do it as a carnivore, zero carb, meal, too! Love how easy and yummy it looks!
We spent two weeks in Arizona at my in-laws. My mother-in-law wanted to make tater tot casserole. It was really good she put green beans in it. Pretty much a main staple in every 70s kids home. Well I found one for chili cheese tater tot casserole and I made cauliflower tots for mine. It was amazing
