Great videos every time. Just started my own business landscaping and pruning trees. And love doing removals. As business grows I feel I will lean more towards tree work. Something about running a chainsaw it's therapy.
With that nice deep face you guys didn't need to cut much on the back cut. For Andrea's first falling attempt, that hinge wasn't all that bad, just a little deep at the bar tip, good job again! I don't usually get edgy watching people on RU-vid, but I will confess seeing those lower branches being rigged out over the glass roof, I felt a little tense. Very nice team work. Dude you should've let her take it, and you still could have controlled her cut. By doing it how you did, you did two things. You didn't build her confidence in herself, and you didn't show her that you had faith in her ability to follow your directions. You could have stopped her, and explained things she was or wasn't doing right. I understand your anxiety, but in order to be a leader, you have to let the less experienced people get a chance to improve their skills. Otherwise great coaching her on the drops, and glad it worked out well. Peace n Harmony
