Efron probably had no idea just how fat his face would get juicin all that HGH. He permanently wrecked his fine featured looks, all for one part. He's the new Mickey Rourke (Rourke only started to look normal again after he let his skin sag naturally for 20 years. Efron is doing the same. Great actor with great facial features that were wrecked almost overnight and suddenly looking freakish, setting off Uncanny Valley vibes bigtime). Efron is probably going to reinvent his acting career and fan demographic by becoming a new action hero type actor, as the girls will desert him in droves, now that he has lost his boyish looks.
