@@joys8634 Trafficking is not the same as an accusation of assault. Trafficking is kind of charge that can motivate a judge to sign the order to prevent potential destruction of evidence. Either he is lying or the actual charges were much worse than he is admitting in the video (and he hints at the fact that, indeed, he has done much worse)

Consider another scenario: a woman and her child experience domestic violence/abuse. They work up the courage to go to the police and tell them that the husband/dad is violent and they’re scared to go back.
