The supplement is recommended for gym goers as it has many benefits including muscle gain, less brain fog, vitamins to fuel your body and more! This review is as un biased as i could be rating the product for what it is. This is one of the top g's newest and most valuable gym products.
If you don't need more vitamins or go to the gym i wouldn't recommend this product as it is really meant for a niche group of people.
