Living up to the name. 2 minutes in and the quality is already so much more in-depth than other reviewers who are just trying to get their reviews out quickly. This will always be the best tech review channel!
Best review!!! I was thinking something was wrong with my update because I still don't see some features that all the other reviews posters claim were released.
I recently found your channel and honestly your videos are way better than what Android Authority and 9to5 Google keep pushing. Updated to Android 15 today, on my Pixel 8 and I wasn't able to find most features shown on those channels. The first line in your video, you mention that these features will be coming in December. ❤❤
His reviews are the best, easy to understand and most importantly in-depth. After watching his videos, there is no need to see anyone else's review. Thanks Emad. 🌟
Thank you...that settles me down coz some reviewers were over exaggerating the features on this update and it frustrates me that some of the features aren't available...thank u for clarifying it!
I switched to pixel this year and yeah i regret that i should have switched earlier 😂 Thank you for your reviews. So much detailed and informative. I was waiting for your review
Great job as always! I have the P9PXL too and there is one more scenario when the phone lags BIG TIME: when swiping left on the home screen to access Google feed
No other tech reviewer covers details like you do. Your reviews are thorough, clear, and incredibly helpful! The name 'In Depth Tech Reviews' fits your channel perfectly. Keep up the amazing work! ❤ 👏🎉
At 5:55, that Bluetooth overlay popup needs to have a "Disconnect" button right there, next to the gear button. The same with the Wi-Fi overlay popup, it needs to have a disconnect, so you don't have to go into settings to disconnect from a network.
Prefer and love my Pixel phones. Especially this P9P. But Samsung does this so much better. If Google wants to steal or borrow or copy anything from anyone. Please copy this. And also make the settings icon on every swipe. Not just a double swipe down. All you do is long press the Bluetooth toggle then tap the device and it disconnects! It's so simple! Having to go in and press disconnect is very annoying especially if you use Bluetooth on different devices at the same time often!
Adaptive vibration was available in Android 14, at least on Pixel 7 Pro. I never use beta releases and have been using this feature for quite some time now.
One thing that I noticed that changed was the change in the appearance of the Magnifier. In Android 14, it was an orange rectangle with sharp corners, but in Android 15, it is a rectangle with rounded corners around the screen.
I was wondering why battery cut of at 80%, battery health %, battery charger cycle, flash drive health %, diagnostic mode, and mobile network security features i'm not seeing. They didn't make on stable version and will come as feature drop later? Also, i've noticed that lockscreen with pin doesn't show T-9 keyboard but in Private Space lockscreen shows T-9 keyboard!! What if we use different fingerprint for private space then does it recognise and opens it automatically upon using assigned finger for unlock or the fingerprint for Private Space is totally isolated? Also, you've missed dismiss notification across pixel devices which works via Divice Connectivity Service app under notification, in settings. BTW i'm seeing keywords highlighted with search button in blue fints and upon tapping tgat takes me to youtube search page with that keyword. Is this new in RU-vid? I've taken screenshots
So private space is only private to everyone but you AND GOOGLE !?! Shady:( Also I'm pretty sure Google staggered the release of Android 15 feature sets as a damage control measure because there will be a hit to performance that would have killed Pixel 9 sales. I suspect the same for Apple and the release of iOS 18/ Apple intelligence. Nice review.
Although it looks like the Android 15 is a very minor update, I'm actually appreciating a lot of the changes since I started using it yesterday. There seems to be a ton of changes under the hood, like it should be for a new major version.
@@RealShaktimaan Most of your comments are hate towards android or Google apps. If you're so desperate for attention, you should seek help. Grow up, sad little thing.

Android 15 is coming in full force! It's so clear that it was designed with AI integration, and its features are far more powerful than expected. There might even be more than what's mentioned in the video!
The animation changed as well which is welcome, I noticed this with QPR1 latest beta, which also came to the stable 15. But....... the biggest problem is the status bar icons not aligning with punch hole camera on Pixel 9 series. This is really bad because Google's marketing materials all show the icons centred with the camera hole, which is so misleading. This is the biggest deal breaker for me to a point where IIt affects my experience with the phone (OCD level 100%.....) Google need to address this in the November security patch honestly, and this need to be raised more and more.
10:16 Another great feature is when you connect to a Google Home speaker group. It is now possible, to control all of the dedicated device volumes directly from the volume menu which is a an awesome feature of android 15!
amazing video, I do have a request tho, If you could check and show which of these features are supported on which models like my 6a don't have touch diagnostic menu, It will be helpful to see that
I was waiting for your review because I know it is always the best, the shortest and at the same time the most comprehensive! As one can see in the video, I still prefer the jewel-like aesthetic of the Pixel 6 Pro compared to the pixel 9pro.
Changes in performance on my pixel 6a: * Overall performance boost antutu : 660000 (android 14) antutu: 751000 (android 15) * Animations are more fluid and smooth after the latest update. Scrolling, opening and closing apps feels smooth and fast. * Battery backup decreased by 10-15% I wish there would be more features available like : Battery health status, new weather app, adaptive vibration and charging cap, since it's the last os update on my phone 🥹 and I want to keep it for 2 more years.
If they will do then it will be a big surprise cause with the release of Android 16 (fresh installation) the OS will move to 16k memory page from 4k which is said to bring a big boost in overall performance(up to 30 percentage in some scenarios). This is why I will switch back to Android.
I have the Pixel 9 Pro XL too I'm not having any lag issues that you're having. My wallpaper editing page is really smooth unlike yours, maybe we have different build versions of Android 15 since im from the UK
I prefer the design of the phone on the left, which I believe is Pixel 8 pro. It seems like google was trying to take Samsung's design on the left and apples on the right.
The 9 series is a better design for looks, feel, usage. It just fits in the hand and feels better. Especially going from that huge P8P to this good sized P9P
I think it's important to state that most of these changes are only visible if you are using the Pixel Launcher, a lot of these changes are not visible with me because I am using Nova launcher.
The last issue you complained about, lagging of the phone when connected to a Display. Could it be the phone not refreshing at 120hz due to the display plugged in? It'll have to match the display's Refresh rate? Could that be it.
It will be nice if Google added a confirmation whether you want to restore the archived app or not especially from the app menu Secondly i noticed you dont have the redesigned settings page
I dont understand what is going on with this update. After the newest update was done and Android 15 installed, some of the features are there and some are still the old ones from 14. Example the volume buttons shortcut now looks like the new one, but still different than shown here, and also there is no more live cations button anywhere.
some good features that were teased in the QPR builds didn't make it. plus, I did experience lag and frozen lock screen (i had to restart). why does Google even bother teasing us if they can't deliver a clean build?!
