Best version!!! Andy Timmons - Cry For You - May 21, 2022 Tacoma Guitar & Drum Festival Thanks Andy I was so happy you played this song I requested you are the best!!
I will put Andy in the top five guitar players all time...but theres dozens of fantastic players Shawn Lane,Jaaon Becker,Andy Timmons, Buckethead,John Sykes,Gary Moore,Rirchie Blackmore,Jeff Beck,Pat Metheny👏👏👏Alan Holdsworth,Larry Carlton
Quel guitariste ! Greetings from France 👍
This is so soothing and relaxing to listen to… remarkable guitar player and never got the full credit to be up there with the best…. He is up there with the best of them….
À chaque fois "Cry for you" me bouleverse complètement. Merci !😢 Thank you very much Andy for this absolutely wonderful music. Each performance is unique, precise and touching like a laser beam in the heart. Each time "Cry for you" completely upsets me. Thanks !😢
Both the tune and the man ages like fine wine. I discovered this song very early on from that early video, tracked down his website and ordered all the cds available. When I opened the package there was a color photo on top, hand signed that said "Thanks Jim, enjoy the music". I really appreciated that :) My favorite track is Electrical Gypsy.
Thanks for sharing, but in my opinion there are several best versions 😊. The one in Indonesia at an Ibanez party or the official bootleg. But there are more. Andy plays from his heart and he uses the entire neck of the guitar, which makes it sound like a proper song, not just another solo.
I've heard much better versions. My favorite is the one he played at the Ibanez concert. That day Andy was so inspired that he had dinner with Steve Vai and Paul Gilbert
Nope not the best version. He didn’t play the iconic opener... changed phrases... honestly the oldest version had better note selections. No I am not biased. I took my time to actually listen from note to note and I can see that Andy went off in places. But in this version he did come up with a different kinda vibe and pulled off some sick notes too. However, In the end, still Andy is one of the best!
