A tribute to two of my heroes, David Bowie and Mick Ronson (end solo). A nod at the fade-out to Tom Scholz (another great influence!).

1964 Vox AC30 Top Boost

I kind of have similar story, except that I tried to play and failed! I have been into rock since 1983, I am 57, and only found Andy in 2019, can't stop listening him since. As I wrote Andy, he, along with Michael Schenker, Randy Rhoads, Marty Friedman and Erich Johnson are not from this planet!

This is wonderful stuff, Andy Timmons. It's really good to hear you sing for a change. We need more. This song has thrown me right back to the days of Funky's and all the others. You and Matt have been musically as constant in my life and so many others around here as the Stones...The Beatles...Zeplin...Taylor Bay...Timmons...Clark. loL speaking of MC, have you guys ever thought of a collaboration?

I rarely get impressed anymore but I'm not gonna lie...I played it several times and got more enveloped each time and finally got very emotional in a good way. When music can produce a welling up and tears start flowing then there are no words to describe....other than Thank You ....Well Done.....Joy IS JOY and everyone needs more.

What a cover. Heroes is ( my opinion only guys) the best song ever written and should only be listened as the full length album version but this gives the song something else. I've heard some good and very bad version's of this masterpiece and I've got to say this is possibly the best. Some songs just give the listener pure joy and emotion. Heroes ( full length version) is one of them songs. Cover versions never really match the original in that respect but this is a rare example of one that does. These are only my opinions guys and would love to hear if you agree or not. Brilliant brilliant cover version.
