Love the Hendrix over tones. Had to send to the States for his DVD's and albums, not on sale in the UK. Even purchased his TrueFire tutorial. Worth every penny.

We just reviewed Andy's signature Carl Martin compressor. It definitely has some of that squish you're talking about, really makes your guitar sound instantly better even on light settings. Highly recommended!
