220 g of common white sugar
260 g of 0000 wheat flour
vanilla essence to taste
salt to taste
zest of lemon peel
Three milk syrup:
1 can of condensed milk
40 g powdered milk
500ml fresh milk
150g milk cream (whipping cream or whipping cream)
2 egg yolks
Vanilla essence to taste
liquor to taste
for coverage:
450 ml of vegetable chantilly cream
or you can substitute: 400 g of heavy cream (whipping cream or whipping cream) plus 50 g of common white sugar and vanilla essence to taste.
