My favourite dance of the night! So romantic - beautiful and floaty. Angela is delightful and quite a good mover - and Carlos is amazing! Can't wait for their rumba!

Carlos at his best. Elegance impersonated. First I was looking at Angela's gorgeous red hair but when they went into the hold I could not tear my eyes away from him.
Very well done once again! Unique and wonderful. Storytelling was very visible and I could see that she tried so hard and the effort has paid off. I have to say she’s one of my favourites too
Man, they were so harsh to her. Undermarked. It was lovely. Yeah, strike her down for the footwork, she shouldn't tip toe through. But that was all. So smooth and lovely and the acting! Wow! Underrated!!
I personally thought it was a beautiful moving emotional dance i was surprised by the scores 😮 i just love carlos hes my favourite pro and i hope him and Angela go far❤
if they danced to this number in a couple of shows time they would score at least 34 points!! angela scanlon is the best dancer in the show!! notice that shirley only gave the couple a point more last week!! she is definitely saving a big score for angela & her partner in a few shows time!!!
Angela Scanlon and Carlos Gu Next dancing the Viennese Waltz. lovely frame, head awkward position, arms need sorting out but Angela is much more confident, better acting and lovely spins over all it was nice.
Score - *8/10* As a performance it was a 10, I found it quite moving and heartfelt, it's a shame it didn't have the glide and lovely head position that is needed in the Vieneese Waltz but it was a still a great dance and Angela's fleckle was great and I was glad to see she attempted pivots as well. I liked the start and the turns were great, out of hold it was fabulous, in hold some work needed on her balance and footwork, but I was happy to see the beautiful hands and arm extensions that some dancers are lacking this year. It was so emotionally sweet and a caring performance ❤
our scores: me: 8 diya: 8 kelsey: 7 owen: 8 31/40 her arms need more extension and the footwork needed to be flatter as shirley said (wouldve been great if shirley would try act like she wasn’t about to give angela the death penalty for it though) had plenty of connection and certainly did NOT lack emotion.
Now oddly enough I didn't see this problem that Shirley saw but saying that I'm not a dance expert so I can't say that. What I will say is I thought it was gorgeous and the flow of the dance was beautiful to see. 8.
She looked graceful and has improved a lot from the Tango (I was expecting more after her amazing Jive and Charleston, but they're completely different to the Viennese Waltz) 7/10
Like Amanda, Angela needs to breathe. Shes a really good dancer so she just needs to relax and give herself space to express the beauty of her dancing. She gets a bit stuck on her toes and is only taking small steps. Sort that out and she'll be phenomenal. 6
