Amazing, right? Very few female singers can do that 'live", without having to pitch correct along the way up or down. Angela, Layla Hathaway, Rachelle Ferrell, Lisa Fisher and Phylis Hyman are on that list :-)

Her range is incredible. As a singer myself this woman is TRULY gifted. She has one of the most soulful voices i've heard. And she's still going strong even today. Fantastic singer that deserves MUCH more recognition then she's received.

probably the most underappreciated female vocalist of all time. lets just say the people that are touted as the best vocalists cannot mess with her. ive seen her generously reduce herself on stage when singing on stage with other great female vocalists. they cant mess with her, and she knows it.

In 2003 Angela was diagnosed with ovarian cancer ,And was told she may never sing again.But God works miracles and she made a full recover and has been cancer free every since .Oh and the voice is strong as ever .
