Even though you couldn't get the "clean up crew" it was great seeing the unboxing of the plants - they're beautiful! And my heart broke when you shared the loss of Captain. The first video I watched of yours was the Custom Cube for your Betta. I thought the tank and Captain were so beautiful and that's what pulled me into watching and subscribing to your channel. I'm so sorry for your loss.
Man, that's hundreds of dollars worth of plants. That's crazy. Angelfish tank looks fantastic. I love my guppies. The way they frolic around each other is really cool and fun to watch. Something most fish don't really do. My Tetras seem kind of mindless.
😢sorry about ‘Captain’ some fish we just get attached to - last month I lost my 4 year old Betta ‘Ken’ - one chapter ends and another begins !! Looking forward to the bonsai type tree tank 😊

MD, Big hugs for your loss. We've all lost a fishy friend. 2 weeks ago I lost the oto catfish I've had for about 2 years. I couldn't find him anywhere in the tank, then when I was cleaning the tank I found a skeleton. The shrimp had picked him clean.
Now you've tasted the success of CO2, get a proper CO2 cyclinder and regulator and share it with your viewers, they'll thank you for it. The best systems run CO2 as it helps combat algae with insane plant growth, don't forget to keep up with the ferts dosing as the natural ferts from the aquascape get used up though...
Totally get it with bettas, as I have a two myself (separate tanks, of course). So easy to get attached to them because they’re such great and personable fish. RIP, Capt Redbeard! Swim on.
The flood lights is doing great on your Angelfish tank i have two Tmc planted lights and adding a 2 meter aquarium and due what is going on I was going to buy flood lights as Aquarium lights are way of as kessil do you recommend it and what 50 watts for a 60 cm high or 20w will do the job. Keep it up great work.

I think frameless tanks should really have a frame at the bottom. Black,and covering the last 2" of glass..so you don't see the muck below the substrate line or roots. Who's with me!?
How do you deal with pest snails? I saw some in your plant tank? Do you just let them be, clean off your plants before transferring, treat them with something? Nice work!
I think it'd look awesome if you added amazon swords at the ends of the angelfish aquarium, they could have emersed growth and add something above the water, and if you have Monte Carlo by the rocks it'd add some nice texture.
I lost a Plecko the other week. It's sad. I got him a tube for him to hide in since he was very territorial and loved to hide from the other fish in my community tank. The very next day I found him lifeless inside of his tube. Nothing you can really do. He was very thin and wasn't eating. Nothing I could do about that.
