Love the Angel fish Jungle MD! The Buenos Aires tetras are crazy when they eat! I’ve got some with my Angels as well! I’ve seen them have the odd nibble at my plants but like you said if you keep them well fed they won’t touch them. Very underrated fish! Keep it up!

2:38 lmao that face of confusion! The mat under the aquarium is to even out the surfaces to reduce stress on the glass, may it be a tiny stone or just a bump in the wood. Either use a mat or one of those plastic rims to mitigate the stress. I'd never trust myself enough to not use a mat, I just know that one day I'd not see a little stone and my aquarium will burst lol (Kind of like The King Of DIY's aquarium). Oh I'm loving these little interruptions from your kid, sure made me smile! The tank looks great so far, once it's planted it'll look fantastic! Any plans on stocking? Or will you leave it with a couple of snails?

How do you keep green dusty algae off your rocks? Im scrubbing mine everyother day with a tooth brush and its never ending... Whats the issue do u think? Too much light? More water changes? Its only a littlw 5 gallon nano

Magic eraser works really well for cleaning algae. I use them all the time in active tanks with no problems.

In your angelfish tank you should name them. Diamond, name one Judy (Judy in the sky with Diamond, lol) then one named Jude (Hey Jude ) and I`m stuck for the 4th one. Do get Golden Balloon Rams, German Blue Rams and Electric Baloon Blues. They'll looks stunning in the freshwater reef tank as their features and colours are quiet exaggerated more like fish in an actual reefs.. Especially the balloon varities..

Comming from someone dealing with water turtles simmilar to Timmy (chinese three-keeled turtle); Best to always put them on something out of the water and let them jump into themselves, sometimes they can "be too shocked to breath in" before comming under water. Nothing that'll kill him or something, water not deep enough for that, but might add stress which is not necessary. Got this piece of advice from our Vet when we started last year. Still; beautiful video again, your tanks are a real source of inspiration

Hey I have 5 tanks under my stairs small ones biggest is 110 liter I want to do away with the heaters and heat the space. Someone suggested a dehumidifier as all tanks open top would keep moisture down and heat. What do you think can you help? Excellent work

If you use toilet bowl cleaner it gets the minerals rid off the glass. I did it for my LEDs. works amazingly.

This comment will probably get buried but could you please try to do a fun scape using only Utricularia graminifolia? Apparently it doesn't like nutrient rich substrate and prefers a dry start, but i think it would be a fun challenge for you to do behind the scenes! Even if you try and it happens to fail for some reason it would be a great little series. Its a weird aquatic carnivorous plant that i've seen a few aquascapers do but personally id rather watch anything that you make because i know you put a lot more time, effort and explanation into your videos!!

And another thing, maybe you could put neon tetras with Timmy ( sorry for my spelling
