Angelfish can be brutal to each other... 

Brothers and sisters only means something in the human world...the white stuff in the bag is fish skin..

I raised my first ever surviving batch of 6 angel fish fries, with my baby guppies, they never showed such aggression, and never had casualties in that fry container of mine, so I think it's because of live feeding or lack of decorations, and places for your weaker fries to hide.

Hate to be a keyboard warrior but i'm also an Angelfish breeder of close to 6 years now. I've got about 7 50-75gal tanks full of Angels and they're perfectly fine now but I definitely had beginner pains as you do. The following are my recommendations. 1. The fighting to this degree is quite normal for the fish as they are coming into adulthood and it's not pecking order anymore, they're fighting for breeding rights. If you've got a breeding pair in those 6 remove them. I'd segregate the fish individually with like plastic mesh for a few months to outgrow this hyper aggressive phase. 2. Separate the breeding pair, cannot stress this enough give them their own tank and own space for them and for other fish. 3. Feed them well, but stay on flakes instead of bloodworms, too much protein and fresh foods stimulates their basic chemistry and instincts. 4. Turn off the lights more if they continue fighting, kill off line of sight, high light levels have been proven to induce higher stress. 5. Plant your tanks with long grasses and bigger logs and stones, kill line of sight. 6. Get the 6 stressed/beat up fish out of your main display tank, I realize this is likely because it has highest water volume but it also puts your other fish at risk of disease if the beat up fish succumb to any as well as more aggression from the original angelfish inhabitants of the tank. 7. Do not overbreed, you're already running out of space. If your fish lay eggs go in and remove them by hand. If you're not in a position to take care of them long term then either pass it on to your local shop who would be more than glad to take them or just throw them in any random tank to be eaten by its inhabitants. Is that sad and horrible? Yes but not so much if you do it before they even hatch. Overstocking in random tanks, placing with other generation fry and resulting in stress related deaths is even worse and there's some evidence of that happening on other videos from your channel. 8. Don't panic and think stuff out, some things require quick action for sure but this moving this to that changing that to this and doing this and that just butterfly effects your original issue. I always think about the full life cycle of the fish and only if I'm sure I have space for the entire growth phase do I keep the batch. For example your juvenile tank is quite small, even if you didn't have the baby eat baby issue you'd still have nowhere else to move them. Your original tank for the 6 adult angels was never going to house any of these as those angels were massive, and moving adult angels into another tank of adult angels is a no go zone. You risk open war and devastation placing fish into a tank with set territories. 9. High flow, ditch the dither fish and u necessaries and get a wave maker, keep them swimming and active but not to the point where you exhaust them and you'll find the fish are alot happier and natural.

I am glad I didn't start An angel tank. While they are really majestic, their cichlids nature makes it a pain to constantly deal with re-homing due to aggression. I also avoid breeding because I can't deal with culling.

I've never had this aggression problem with my Angels so I'm wondering how much live food you are feeding. I'm a firm believer in providing cover & creating definitive areas through "Landscaping".

Your angels should have atleast 10-15 gallons per fish. Also, you should ALWAYS separate the breeding pair from a community tank!!!! They are extremely aggressive and protective at that time and will try and kill every fish they can to protect their eggs. When you see signs that they are about to breed... put them in a breeding tank immediately!!! Sad to watch.

I had my Angelfish together with my goldfish once a few years back, and the Angels ate the eyes outta my goldies, lesson learned

Nice video. Long fin or balloon body fish leave me feeling sorry for them. It is NOT pleasant to see those long fin fish standing on their heavy long tails at the bottom of the tank. Wait 3 years and see. Cheddar Bob is a way more ethical way to enjoy angelfish. He has the ability to behave normally.

For someone who professes to know everything about angelfish your sure not doing a good job of looking after them, that's pathetic, poor things. I'm not watching any more of your videos.

Have you ever seen the pair fight? Mine just laid eggs and I removed the eggs. Now, what I believe is the male, is chasing the female into the corner and biting her.. I have never seen them fight this bad any other time they laid eggs.

In my experience Discus, Angels, Severums, Uaru, Apistos, and Geophagus/Rams can be just as aggressive as other cichlids even though those are known as the "peaceful" species of cichlids.

Fish look stressed as hell

Incorporating taller plants would break the line of sight and will automatically reduce aggression. Try incorporating amazon swords in your aquascape

Angelfish or any other fish... While they are breeding they will get aggressive. This whole thing about them being brothers and sisters and having no remorse is... Hilarious. Seperate breeding pairs. And also do not keep fry from different pairs together. Keep them accordingly as per size. Cheers.

no matter how much care we can't always save 100 percent of the fries this is nature if you can save 10 out of 100 fries that's way more than how many would be saved naturally

I woke up and the dime size angel fish who is 3 days new to the tank, was in the tank. Checked later that night and BOOM I spent 20mins looking for the baby. I just knew it wasn’t so 😭😭😭🥺 lawd! poor baby. $5 dwn the filter 😭

Too many fish in too small of a tank. I can't believe that in a seventy five gallon tank the one pair are terrorizing to the rest of the fish. So vicious. That's crazy. Seems like they need to be the only angelfish in a tank. Hope things improve. I had a pink angelfish that was just pyschotic, she killed the other two fish that were in with her. I didn't know at the time I should have tried adding another angelfish. I wonder if it matters if they're same sex or not. Anyway I hope you can save these guys.

I love angels but because theyr cute doesnt mean theyr peaceful fish you need to learn more about them before keeping i had buch of angels few die too soon may be i should look for other fishes
