When she signed with Republic Records in August 2020, her family supposedly had two conditions. First, Angelina always choses what she wants to sing and secondly, to allow her as normal a childhood as possible. Angelina has 1,000 voices. She has a pure, loving soul that comes from her family. Grandmother Mery is her soulmate and mentor, her mother Sara is also an Angel, her Uncle Michael is her manager and Angelina's younger sister Juliette is absolutely precious. More to come.

Angelina's voice captivated me after only one hearing, and then as I made my way through her 160+ videos, I realized I'm listening -- every day -- to the voice of the century. Jazz in inside every arrangement, even when she covers EDM or old movie musical songs or art songs (check out "Song for A"). It makes me feel "wrapped in a warm blanket" as some Angels have called her effect on the listener. I think she will be a force. And she has a very supportive, protective family Shield (see her original "Shield") to help her grow up strong and well and protected. She's still only 16 and in school.

This is my third time watching you react to her on this song. The first 2 times was while I was at work. I am going to say this.....you will never be ready when you start play with Angelina Jordan. And I can see from your face and reaction you have, like many of us ( her fans - aka 'Angels') follow in love already with her, her voice, her demeanour and everything about her. You will ( I can assure you ) love the journey you are about to embark on. She is 16 now (just in January) and you have soooo many of her covers and originals to listen to. One reason I really loved this reaction is that you seemed totally sincere and I think I saw some tears there in your eyes which I can assure you 90% of AJ's fans will confirm they have regularly when listening to her. But not of sadness. Ones of.... Well sometimes I don't really know but emotions being created in myself that I have never experienced from any singer before ( let alone a child / teenager ) Perhaps you can reply and let us know what your emotions where at that point in the reaction. ? Also you are totally correct in so much as Angelina's fans ( Angels) are the most loving, caring and supportive family I have come across. Very protective and defensive of "our Angelina" at times as many see her as we would our own daughter or grand daughter. But the Fan groups on Facebook are enormously supportive and it's a pleasure to be part of this. I am very fortunate to be going to meet some of these other fans in July this year in Norway where she is performing at a jazz festival. Great reaction, thanks. I think, after listening to all of her songs over the past three years, that she doesn’t care about impressing anyone at all. All her effort is towards singing the song in the best way possible, so the beauty of the song is enhanced, not necessarily her voice. She has plenty of opportunity to blow the ceiling off but she rarely does it, because the SONG doesn’t require it. I subscribed just now because I see that she touched you the same way she touches me every day. I’ve seen this particular song probably 100 or more times and it gets to me every time. I’m looking forward to seeing you enjoy all the other songs, from age 6 to the present.
