Nice reaction Ty! Yeah, this is one of those rare occasions in which she had to wear shoes due to the venue's own rules/policy and possibly a safety concern. She had to wear shoes when she was a debutante and performer at Le Bal in Paris, France in 2023. So, if she can, she will. As for the song, HOLY COW! This is such a BANGER! For any other singers, they would be pretty much putting their all in to this, but with Angelina, this was in her wheelhouse and she made it look EASY! Angelina is already one of the best in the world right now!

But honestly I have to agree with you with the mentors she had and all those great jazz mentors from a very young age. This is Angelina at her very best. She can sing a jazzy blues song as well as anyone out there today and it really is an emotional connection that she is able to give to her audiences every single time. She sings especially like this. From the opening note, you were mesmerized and captivated with Angelina's. fantastic vocal abilities. I think it's important to realize that her in collaboration working with Toby Gad is sending Angelina to new directions into the higher echelons of the real music world. Toby Gad is one of the great composers of today and I'm so happy for her. I think this will help launch your career even to a higher heights as we all know she will be there very very shortly. I think that when you listen to Angelina a little longer, you’ll realize that attempting to pick favorites is an absolute waste of time. How do you compare this to Bohemian Rhapsody when she was 13. Or I Put a Spell on You at 9? She has been great for ten years in completely different genres. I love Bad Valentine along with a few dozen other favorites.

I have a few recommendations for you to review of 60's garage type bands; 1. Dirty Water by The Standells, 2. Little bit O' Soul by The Music Explosion and 3. Psychotic Reaction by Count Five. None of these made world wide acclaim but were very popular locally and songs were replayed a lot by other neighborhood garage bands.

Has anybody got a primary source for the lyrics? The CC doesn't quite seem to get it right and the only actual lyrics source I've seen for them was submitted by "Dr Igor" on June 12. In particular, the lines "I thought I told you I will mess up, yeah" doesn't fit what I'm hearing, which is "I thought I told you I will mess up your head". Am I just hearing it wrong?

At this point in Angelina's career her feet, voice and hair are more than likely insured. The surface she is standing on looks to be of a particle board which has a myriad of loose splintered wood. Angelina was more than likely convinced to wear shoes on the stage platform for safety and insurance reasons. After all, if she had simply just received a splinter in her foot/feet, it would have been costly to the venue.
