This song you should recognize as a song Quincy Jones arranged for Frank Sinatra, and Q asked her to perform this song at his 85th birthday celebration at O2 arena in London, he also became friends with her and said she was the most consequential performer since Michael Jackson, which he should know, I wouldn’t put it past him to have arranged the connection between Angelina and Republic Records, which is perfect for her because of their connection with jazz and Motown, and it doesn’t hurt that they have Rob Christie, a Grammy winning producer as their studio manager. Her voice is unbelievable now, but her younger performances are the best you’ll ever hear from a young child. Angelina’s low register is legendary. With your interest in jazz and liking those lows, you should definitely watch Angelina’s jazzy cover of Billie Jean. Her musicality, changes in vocal texture, and interpretation of those famous lyrics is riveting. It’s definitely uniquely Angelina.

Almost 3 years ago I discovered Angelina singing Bohemian Rhapsody and for about 2 weeks I binged everything I could find on her. I have been following everything she does for eight years and am still surprised and amazed at her incredible talents.
