@@ADQT-Moon NONSENSE!!! 😂😂 Solid ass cover with a nice different touch, but doesn’t hold a candle to the OG 💪💪💪💪 Allegiance holds a place in the metal/deathcore Pantheon
@nabetsenogerbo7450 wow what a dick. You couldn't even begin to imagine how many artists came from such kind of discipline. If you trace back the musical lineage of rock it leads back to jazz. @johnwick1883 you do you and keep recognizing modern greats.
mine was For Stevie Wonders Eyes Only by BMTH but this one was another one of the first deathcore songs i was really hooked on. old school deathcore was so awesome.
@@jarrett4154 those who know, know. i have three elysia tee still in great condition when i do wear them out i get like 2-4 offers to buy em off my back. i respect you for knowing them. i seem them twice way back when i would kill to see them now in my early 30’s.
same. I never listened to them back in the day cause they looked like a Black Dahlia Murder ripoff. Not only does their logo look similar but their first album artwork kinda resembles unhallowed as well. Listened to allegiance for the first time last year. Man I missed out.
@@calebbean1384 idk if i’d say the same. i think the most similar 5-7-8 type of riff that metalcore bands play that Death has done is one of the riffs in Spirit Crusher
Can you guys try a Black Dahlia Murder Cover in the future? That would be sick to be honest!!! You have great varying vocals which would give it a nice touch :D
i just found this. this song was one of my first introductions to metal in general and one of the first songs i learned on guitar, and it’s so so awesome to see one of my favorite all time bands do a cover of it. ironic.
As someone who use to cover both guitars back on highschool, this was awesome to listen to even the tribute to the Allegiance cover is awesome as well.
OMG what a tribute to that genre defining band that changed my perception of music. Can't wait to see you guys in January in Berlin (after 2 years of waiting)
My fears become my phobias was my go to song to introduce people to flutter kick drum parts. Hester pryne was my go to for showing breakdowns with arpeggios in it. In dying days was my go to “get crunk as fuck” song. Everyone got hyped when the breakdown came, every time.
holy cover 🔥 i was imagining a deathcore album: tribute to the legends Angelmaker - In Dying Days DARKO - District Of Misery Fit For An Autopsy - The Conformist Shadow Of Intent - Entombment of A Machine Distant - Lie To My Face Spite - Unanswered Brand Of Sacrifice - Man Made Disaster Lorna Shore - The Impaler Enterprise Earth - Furtive Monologue Signs Of The Swarm - Vehemence the Phoenix
I remember obsessing over this song back in high school, I made it my mission to learn the whole song on guitar, that's one song I'll NEVER forget how to play, it's sooo much fun and sounds amazing, my other favorite as blood runs black song has to be chug chug, but realistically the whole allegiance album was just banger after banger
Was that in Mexico?? 🤘🥳🤘🎶🎵🎶 those 2 bands take me back for sure 2006 heard before the break of dawn and in dying days early versions and then album version and now this 🤘🤘🤘🤘
@@lordofvomit that's wild always wanted to see them and I'm on the west side of the coast where we have Portland Oregon 🤣😂🤣🤘 always wanted to meet someone from Maine area🤘🤘🤘 GOOD TIMES 🤘🤘
GUYS! GUYS! I hope you will play this on shows, so those of us who were too young to see ABRB can experience this absolute masterpiece of a song live! Great job!
