Angels Landing is located in Zion National Park which is an American national park located in southwestern Utah near the town of Springdale.
The trail to Angels Landing is 2.5 miles (4.0 km) long with an approximate 1,500 feet (460 m) elevation gain. The hike is rated as a class 3 difficulty level based on the Yosemite Decimal System.
The hike takes approximately 3 hours to get to the top and about 2 hours to get back. There is little to no shade once you get to the last portion of the hike and depending at what time of day you decide to hike; it gets really hot. Also, take into concise ration that it is a very popular hike, so be patient and considerate of everyone else, as you’re life and there’s depends on it.
