"Teachers losing their sh*t" seems to be a pretty popular genre of video on RU-vid. They're cringey and maybe that's why they're so popular.
In skipping through a few of these (I can't bear to watch the whole thing) I noticed a couple of trends. It was often male students and female teachers. I can definitely relate to this because I was a troublesome high schooler who loved to wind up female teachers.
I want to give one piece of advice that right now I am having to follow for myself - it's about how to change the target of your lesson so you can avoid falling down the frustration-anger-aggression pathway.
This will be an emotive topic so if you've got suggestions to help colleagues, leave them in the comments. What works for you?

What happens when it's 6th period, with 38 7th graders in one class on a Friday, and they are mostly acting up. 🙄 not easy

I teach in a Bilingual school in Asia. While this technique, and others, are quite well and good, they fall apart when a majority of your students cannot communicate in English.
