Nice vlog. Whats most fascinating is: Hindu "mythology" isnt mythology. Its called Itihaas in Hindu terminology. Meaning iti = it, haas = happened thus. Hindu Itihaas is true history.
ive always wanted to visit angkor wat, ever since i was a child. there was a game called "diamond rush" in the old symbian OS nokia phones, and that's where my fascination began
Interesting. I also learned about Angkor Wat through a videogame. The game is called Illusion Of Gaia, and it had this place, and a village close to it, in the game. Every since then (1995), I have wanted to visit. It had many places actually. The Incan ruins for instance, and the Ancient Pyramids.
Haaeyyy... That was my childhood game in my childhood 👊🤗.... After I knew about angkor wat...I also searched for Bravia and Siberia 😂 but Bravia doesn't exist
As a Cambodian I feel so excited and proud while watching this nice video. This video makes me want to visit other ancient temples as I previously visited only Angkor Wat temple.
You forgot to mention the temple I’ve spent most of my time at as I have many friends who work there…Banteay Samre just outside the big circuit, it’s a beautiful medium temple. And you don’t need to bring water. It can be bought at the temples …but coconut water is best from a cold coconut.
This is a wonderful video. I watched it this morning before I went to the site. The most amazing this was when I saw the video, I realized that you were the lady next to me getting a foot massage in Seim Reap. Thank you so much for sharing you insights and making my day more enjoyable.
kudos to your attempted pronouncuations of the temple names. Closest i've heard from a barang/westerner. Great video and incredibly useful information. Thanks!
Thanks for recognising that! We always talk to locals in the area as they pronounce the places and we record their voice. But it’s still very hard in foreign languages!
Thanks you for your showing videos to world of CAMBODIA ANGKOR WAT. We are no have anything to pay back, but we're thank all of the hearts from us to you both! And God blessings you and your hole your family too!❤🎉💓 THANKS!💙🥳

The tuk tuk driver was 25$ per day, the entry for 3 days is 62$, and then your accommodation would be in Siem Reap (you can go very cheap for under 20$ if you want) as well as your food (3-10$ per day)
The original owner of Angkor Wat was an ancient Thai king which used Indian engineers and Cambodian workers to build it. King Jayavarman VI belong to Thailand. Thailand has clear evidence that AngkorWat belongs to Thai history. The dynasty of “Mahidharpura” centered on “Phimai” castle and belonged to the same family. (In Phimai district, Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand). -King 6th Jayavarman, the founder of the “Mahitarapura” dynasty in the early 17th century B.E., located at Phimai Castle. -King Dharnindravarman I (A brother and sister of King Jayavarman VI). Descended from the "Mahidharpura" dynasty, located at Phimai Castle. -King Suryavarman II (Father is King Kasitindradit, mother is daughter of King Hiranyavarman [grandfather] and Queen Hiranya Lakshmi [grandmother]), who built Angkor Wat. Descended from the "Mahidharpura" dynasty, located at Phimai Castle. -King Narendrathit (grandson of King Suryavarman II), the builder of Prasat Phanom Rung (Buriram province, Thailand). Descended from the "Mahidharpura" dynasty, located at Phimai Castle.
Prasat Phanom Rung and Phimai are Khmer temples , read the descriptions . Your Khom delusional no longer fooled the world ,Khmer culture has awakening................ { The Greatest Khmer Riel Empire } Cambodia might be small and Poor but rich in history .The AR will continue to rise and Shine on top of Angkor Wat and On Cambodians flag ......Ar/kun in Khmer and Kob Kun Khrap in Thais.............................KHRAP👈👈👈@AmaroInnovision
Never has Khmer Empire. Khmers were slaves of the KHOMs (ancient Thais) who built Angkor Wat using Khmers as slave workers. Later, the Khmers betrayed the Khoms by killing the Khmer king while he slept.
Nowadays in the 21st, you should find evidence that every piece of information on social media can find the foreign documents except your history book, does it have another document written Thai Empire, now is AI century, please open your eyes and don't live like that : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zo1e7XUWkME.html
