I really love how Angry Joe and Andrea Renea where out there not afraid to speak the truth. I am glad this didn't turn into a promo fest and as a True Xbox fan we need to be critical and tell the Xbox team what we need for the console to be #1 again. I am so hyped and happy for Original Xbox games can't wait to replay Mech Assault, conkers live and reloaded, crimson skies again. I honestly never though it was going to happen thank you Phil Spencer and the rest of the Xbox team it shows you truly are listening to us gamers.

Peterm18 now I'm heavily speculating that it is actually their next-gen console and they released it early because they knew they were losing this current-gen war. So they released it early so that by the time the PS5 comes around, it will be the Lesser expensive console and the reason we're seeing barely any exclusives for the Xbox and we haven't seen any exclusives in the past 3-4 years tells me that they're working on next gen games. Basically they abandoned this current-gen because they had already lost so they're trying to cut their losses by winning next-gen.

Look up Angry Joe x Geoff Keighley VGA's 2010. Joe was pissed because he claims the VGA staff said they would give him a sit down with Geoff, instead they made him wait all day for a 2 minute talk on the red carpet. He came off pretty confrontational and Geoff responded in kind. They since worked it out, that was a long time ago.

MrUnholyGuitarist It was long time ago so understandable but yeah years ago Geoff invited joe to the Goty show because joe gave constructive criticism about how Goty show back in the day was very commercial orientated like promoting Doritos & Mountain Dew rather than the actual games them self so Geoff invited joe to do an interview. So joe rightfully thought the interview would be very professional & in a suitable environment but when joe showed up Geoff made them do the interview on the red carpet & was very rude and obnoxious like just rushing joe & saying Hurry Hurry your not prepared & just ignoring the questions that were easily answerable. Joe actually uploaded the video and he was so upset about it he was actually near to tears he was that shocked and annoyed very hard to watch

I was wondering how Joe and Geoff would interact throughout this due to the bit of friction they had in the past back when Joe was not as big as he is now. It all happened back in 2012 and this is covered in Joe's 2012 top controversies if you wanted to see what I mean. Really shows how much he and his channel has grown. He went from a small time guy the big guys not really took seriously and now he stands amongst them and considered someone worth noting and taking seriously.
I'm really pleased that you had this opportunity. I don't like the fact that you needed an MCN to get this recognition, but it's been a long time coming.
Thing is Joe is always the one with the most to say, but he also understands that you have to kind of interrupt someone you're talking to if you have a limited time to talk. He does this in his own interviews with developers. Some people hate it and think it's rude, but if you have bullet points to hit in a limited time... you've got to be that guy or gal to keep the conversation moving.
Akfan I think it was a dick move for them to cut off joe a lot, but to be fair they probably had a tight schedule with all that goes on at e3. Since they wanted everyone to speak I think they just wanted shorter points.
Ehhh.... Outside of some cringe moments from EA and Ubisoft, there really weren't any real bad conferences this year. There wasn't any conferences that were like SUPER amazing, either, outside of a few Sony trailers and DB Fighters, but it felt like everyone was just sort-of alright to pretty good this year.

Grant Barratt, As someone who spends more time on my 360 than my PS4 I completely understand. Those 6th gen games where amazing. I still use my 6th gen consoles as well. (Ratchet and clank 3 for hours)
That moment, after following Angry Joe for so long, he is now not just on his own YT channel, he is now here and more. But jeez, the sound is so low, I have to turn up my speakers almost to max to listen to this like I usually listen to everything else....wait, i just noticed this is 2017....shit.

XBOX 1 X is not worth it to most of us i believe. i still have the OG xbox one, and i see no need to upgrade. as an average consumer there is 0 need to spend $500 on a graphics upgrade this early into the console generation life. its BS that this is happening right now

Meme Bump Oh I whole heartedly agree. This gen sucks. I've been playing through my backlog of 360 games because there is no good games out right now. So far this gen the only new franchises are Watch Dogs and Titanfall. By this time last gen we had Mass Effect, Dragon Age, BioShock, Fallout 3, GTA IV, Assassins Creed, Uncharted, Halo 3, Metal Gear Solid 4, Gears of War and so on... This gen sucks. Though I also strongly disagree with the implication that GTA V is somehow a 10/10 game
BlazerManiacNumber96 I disagree. This gen is definitely worse than last gen, but I don't think it's bad. Uncharted 4, Injustice 2, Sunset Overdrive, Infamous: Second Son, Overwatch, Horizon: Zero Dawn, the upcoming Red Dead Redemption 2, The Last of Us Part 2, God of War, etc. I see why people would think it sucks, since most of the games have been PS4 exclusive.
I haven't even gotten a next gen console after finding out what a failure Halo 5 was. And not many of the decent games out now for next gen interest me either. Still stuck playing GTA 5, Halo Reach, Skyrim, ect... on 360. lol
Because the hardware of the regular PS4 and Xone Fat are brutally out of date. There was a huge need for a serious update and I hope Sony will follow up with a new Pro that's really "pro" and just half-assed to keep the tech running. Also MS gave devs complete freedom when it came to framerate, filter and the use of the remaining extra power. Which completely contradicts what they said last year, but whatever, better for us. Meaning we could stand in front of a seventh gen Assassin'd Creed situation, where on PC you got better physics, more NPCs on screen, better AI, more background elements and a better output for automatically calculated repetition-assets like woods _(beefier hardware = more trees)._ We still have to see if this is really going to happen of course - _aka:I wouldn't spend 500 bucks at day one_ - but if utilized well XOX is a huge improvement, and not just because of graphics!

You're looking at it the wrong way. When they say it is too much, they mean for the average consumer. However they will still get it because they will use it for future review and/or gaming videos.

I'm a little disappointed no one thought to ask about the unlocking of 6th gen games in backwards compatibility, I was astounded that they announced this, but I was also super concerned as well. 1.) I never saw this coming, especially since we only have what about 300+ Xbox 360 titles currently available, from 2016 to 2014 there were *_Thousands_* of 360 games, do I expect every game released on the 360 to be re-released on the Xbox One S/X? No, but I would of expected this number to of been higher by now. 2.) Unlocking 6th Gen game titles, is absolutely brilliant, I didn't even think something like that was even possible, however now that we know it is going to happen, I'm concerned for even a smaller title selection from this generation. We're talking games as old as 12 to 16 years ago, this starting selection better be damn good, and the prices better be cheap, like really cheap, these games are from the same era of the PS2, and even back then old titles were relatively cheap, I'm talkin' $2 to $3 Bargain Bin cheap. If Microsoft has a 6th gen selection of games come with a little HD cover to them, and gives them a ranged price of $5 to $10, then that would kill the hype of trying to hunt down these nostalgia gamers, because that's obviously what they're doing now. *_Milking Backwards Compatibility_* because that's what we gamers bitched about the most a few years ago, when it was such a controversial thing that 8th gen should even have, and now I hope and pray that Microsoft doesn't treat this service like a cash cow.
I know that the last thing that anyone wants to be reminded of right now is politics, but I really noticed that a major part of Angry Joe's appeal is actual similar in many ways to Donald Trump's - whether you liked or utterly despised him, he simply felt so much more authentic and genuine, while by comparison his opponents seemed quite calculated and artificial. Joe channels a similar reliability and relatability. He's not immediately jumping on empty points that the other panelists all seemed quickly excited about, instead displaying the same caution and skepticism that real people, real gamers, would display. He may not be the most articulate one out there, but he is able to make his point well, while employing hand signals and body gestures. I came away with the feeling that he was the only one not attempting to please or promote something, that he was the only person just reacting off the cuff, giving am unadultered take on Microsoft's press conference. Just my thoughts. Love you Angry Joe!
