Was just in Starfield looking at the mods. Theres alot of good free stuff. I dont need or want to buy the other stuff though bathesda did give 1000 creds because i had ordered the expansion.
Also the show and the boooks treat scorpions differently. Because in the books it still takes a 1 in a million shot in the eye to take down a dragon with a scorpion
The whole assassination scene felt flat. Why wouldn't there be a guard by her room? Why do two hard criminals not only puzzle solve which kid has a penis but also let her leave the room? It even felt like it took to long to kill a sleeping child. I'm willing to accept that they might be dumb enough to think killing a different son might be okay (despite their instuction to kill the son with the eyepatch), but as a non-book reader I clearly felt some f***ery of a change and I see that being justified here. The rest of the episode was good, and the acting is great as always
In the books they kill the young boy. The show did try to steer in that direction too with the rat catcher asking Daemon what if they cant find Aemond. Daemon gives smile like well if you cant find him kill a son.
Steam isn't a monopoly. It's also the only choice that provides ANY consumer protections and features. From friends list, community hubs, group, etc. You can rant against a game and leave WHATEVER review you want, and Steam views this as a right in their own agreement. Epic and every OTHER location does not. It's only a "monopoly" because everyone else is so fucking shitty to consumers.
I've seen people compare Aegon to Joffrey which never made sense. Up to this point Aegon has not committed any evil acts. He cheated on his wife yes but think about it, he was placed in an arranged marriage to his own sister which he was grossed out by from the start. Even considering that he was still good to his children and was ready to help the peasants out till his grandfather spoke against it. He's an ahole but definitely wasn't evil. Now that blood has been spilled on his side he has every right to be cruel. This isn't a Joffrey situation that boy was evil from the beginning. Also them changing some stuff from the source material terrifies me. They have leeway to do so due to how the original story is told but if it's not brokem don't fix it.
This stuff always gets worse. 2 day early access was already stupid and unacceptable. 2 weeks! 2 weeks!? We are truly reaching the point of "you can pay for the real release date or wait weeks (and probably eventually months) for the delayed release date." That is absolute BS.

I actually liked the way the show handled blood and cheese. In the books, it's brutal because of what it provokes the reader to visualise, showing that on screen would have led to problems considering it would have shown the brutal murder of a child, which i hope no one would want to see. It was audibly horrific, which for me had an equal but different impact, which i thought was necessary and well done.
The whole situation around Disco Elysium is just.. sad. I hope all the people who worked on the original find a way to work together again and create spiritual successor.
If I remember correctly, the book fire blood is written from the perspective of a green supporter so it would make sense that they would change the history in the universe to have it where Rhaenyra always intended on, killing Aegons sons, rather than going, after Aemond. makes her look more evil and cruel from an in universe perspective.

As the resident Emperors Children and Slaanesh player in my gaming group, you're absolutely right. I despise Slaanesh players, they're wierd and lack personal hygiene....not that the latter part of that is exclusive to just them (ugh seriously guys take a bath WITH SOAP and put on deodorant before you step up to the gaming table!) But I never hold my breath for any new stuff for the Slaaneshy cult side of chaos, I've been waiting a lifetime and a half for actual noise marine models and they can't even do that (AND NO UPGRADE SPRUES AND ONE OFF MODELS DO NOT COUNT) let alone an actual codex or even supplement for EC.
How is Steam a issue? There is GOG, Epic Game Store and publishers have their own digital storefronts also like Ubisoft, EA and more. So how is Steam a monopoly when publishers can freely go choose which storefronts to release on or aka platform. Most big games are released on Steam / Epic / Microsoft Store. It is just that players enjoy Steam more because as a platform it offers more features and is just more friendly to use along with having CS, Dota and TF2 and a bigger collection of games for sale or free 2 play.
Really did not like no gaurds being outside of the queen and heirs room. You always have seen gaurds outside of rooms on this show and GOT for anyone near that important. They may be able to justify with Cole being the one supposed to be gaurding it but I hope it is addressed in the next episode.
There setting up something good I think this season will be Victoria Neumans rise to power and the sevens members choosing to be a villain or hero in particular the deep and A train being the parallel the deep is getting a new darker arc while A train a redemption arc .They are giving us alot of filler also have MM not letting butcher be butcher but I can say they are giving some insane wild new supes in disgusting new ways(splinter)And the gore is there to I just think there setting up something big some episodes of this season will be filler but for build up.Homelanders following vs Neuman at the whitehouse and I don't think they will go the comic route I think we will get vought releasing soldier boy as a contingency plan for homelander when the whitehouse is involved. And him and Ryan individually fight homelander in a huge showdown in the end with butcher giving some sort of fatality on homelander in the end.
