I’m not sure if I fully understand the ton of meat diet, but brother, I feel better educated on the crappy ingredients with this video’s explanation on labels. I guess I should look closer at this diet you’re talking about, too. 😊 Thank you so very much for this video. I’ll read labels way better from noe on. ❤
I appreciate this. I have been meaning to make a video to help explain Animal Based. Paul Saladino MD is who made the Animal Based diet what it is today. It allows for some fruits and honey, but none of the toxic plants. Carnivore is meat and animal products only, no plants at all. Ken Berry MD promotes Carnivore. Carnivore is the most strict and disease reversing, but it’s easier to move slowly into it through an animal based diet to keep the side effects down from coming off the standard American diet of high carbohydrates. You should watch some videos from both of the doctors. I’ll have one up soon explaining our experience in this lifestyle as well and how to do it. The main goal is to make this a lifestyle not a diet, because people don’t look at a diet as a long term way of eating. Eating healthy but delicious foods is our goal. Unfortunately healthy isn’t always what you have been told by the masses. Spinach is one of the most horrible foods on the planet, but myself and most people thought it was a superfood. Spinach poisons your body slowly and affects your joints, kidneys and hormones. Basically it makes you feel old, causes kidney stones and decreases your libido. Thanks again and glad we could help!
Dude I’ve actually had a date wrapped in bacon once at a wedding and it was ridiculously l tasty my whole family was going after them. The combination of the sweet salty bacon fat omg it was delicious .
They are good. The taste in some are stronger than others. One thing I am not sure of though is they smoke really bad when cooked in an air fryer where fresh ground beef doesn’t. This to me is odd.
The suave is added during the curing process and is eaten up by the good bacteria that I hand produce nitrates and the bad bacteria can not live in that environment and die. There is such a small amount of any left after curing that it doesn’t register enough to have to add to the nutritional label. It’s there for safety and curing faster than salt alone.
We eat an animal based diet which consist of animal fat, meat, dairy and less toxic sweet and unsweet fruits. The diet is based off the carnivore code cookbook by Dr Paul Saladino. This video will explain the difference between the diets ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-U8W7PtOBDsw.htmlsi=AWL5X_O_y1qTyXr-
@@AnimalBasedInYourFace You know that dates and apples are full of poison? Make sure to thank Saladino when you end up with chronic toxicity problems in 10 yrs time.
@@AnimalBasedInYourFace Yes, but its the same for the one you pointed out in the video and when someone said Wright's also lists sugar you argued and said 0 sugar....it's the same.
All beef is grass fed it just depends on the last six months of the cow life what it was fed but when you get right down too it there is very minimal difference in the nutrition content
Not all beef is grass fed lol. A lot of cows are grain fed. Not including grain finished. Because you can definitely find grain fed, grass finished beef, which is not “optimal” if someone is trying to maximize the values.
Also there is a huge difference in grass finished vs grain finished. Grass finished has a stronger beefy taste and the fat is light yellow. More omega 3’s as well. But you can’t go wrong with either. A cows multi stomach filters out the bad properties of corn and grain. Beef, the perfect machine to turn salads into food 😁
Yes you do but if you look online you can usually find a 50% deal and sometimes they run deals for free entrance to check it out. Call and talk to your local club.
