@@CourtneyLuna Animal based? Meat with sugar? The sugar would cause spikes and you’re left with high calorie/ high fat meats, no? I got to a good weight and kept it off for years by eating chicken and fish a few times a week and lots of veggies along with walking 30 mins, 3 or 4 days a week. Didnt eat after dinner. Was never hungry since I could eat a lot of food. It’s amazing how many delicious veggie dishes there are. Good luck
@@bestill365 it’s slower then sugar but still changes your bodies chemistry so coupling it w high fat meats isn’t good for your cardiovascular or weight loss. I’ve gone though all of this but you appear resistant anyway so let’s stop here. Take care
This is not healthy. Is this suppsed to be keto? I mean where are the results? This should answer everybody questions if this is correct diet to follow...
