Animal Crossing gameplay highlights (Nintendo GameCube version) showing interesting and funny moments that happened as I played the game. Maple tells me I can make beetles wrestle, I'm surprised by what I find in Acre C-4, Static enters an acre and I push him back where he came from, I show the difference between jocks and snooties, I compete in a fishing tournament, Cashmere (and her gyroids) grate on my nerves, Kody hates a gift from Tom, Forest's resident cow is the Belle of the ball, and more.
These clips were all from my main town Forest, and they span from June 2022 to October 2023. Oops, I didn't realize it had been this long since the last episode! Although, I have posted other Animal Crossing GameCube videos in that span, of course.

Lol Cashmere moved into my town a week ago, but I hadn't looked in her house I had no idea it was that loud 😂 Also Jane returning after 20~ years in the same spot is insane 🤯

Making beetles fight is an old thing Japanese kids do. Heck, it’s so iconic to the culture that it’s one of the main inspirations for stuff like Pokémon.

I really miss this era of AC. i wish the villagers still had so much personality. They’re basically just for decoration now :(

I went from constantly bugging my villagers in NL to running right pass them in NH, ignoring pings, always refusing requests, etc, even for my longtime favorites. And I like NH, I have hundreds of hours logged. Just hoping that it gets a Welcome Amiibo-type update late in its life that adds some soul back in.

@@RM-um9xx this. i feel no motivation to continue playing NH tbh and improving my town if my villagers are gonna be soulless yes men to me. feels more like a dollhouse than a 2nd home of sorts like the older games did.

Same, i dont have New Horizons but i see in videos how dialogues are boring, i have New Leaf and i love it, but the dialogues also feel souless. On Animal Crossing GameCube and Wild World is where villagers have personality.

I love Animal Crossing GameCube and Wild World dialogues so much, its sad how in New Leaf and New Horizons the villager talks are boring and soulless. I hope in the next AC game they will fix this, and bring back realistic villagers.
