So, I'm a complete noob to after effects and I hate to say it but I could not follow you. You skipped a ton of steps that would be obvious to someone experienced, but for someone new like me this did not help me at all unfortunately. It will, once I watch other tutorials on the things you did not explain. Things like how to make a mask. That is super basic, I know. But, I don't know how to do that, or how they work. I am new to this. Anyway your work is great but this video is not for a beginner. also dude you failed to mention that trap code particular happens to cost either $600 annually or $1k for a perpetual license. Is this a tutorial or is it a "this is how I made this" video. Nothing wrong with the second one, but that's not a tutorial.
