@@Arya-ki5sc I know but being a brat doesn't mean one is beyond redemption. If the creator hadn't said what he said I would be certain Chloe will be redeemed eventually.

Then season 4 came and said "lol SIKE" in the face. That's pretty much the confirmation they decided to throw away her redemption. Not that I disagree with this comment, I actually agree wholeheartedly. It's just that they still had the chance to make her an amazing character that's not just a bully but still threw it away.

I doubt it. Personally I think that Chloe's just broken and is bottling up her emotions. Then later she probably got picked on later her sadness and brokenness converted to anger.
