Crazy how one goofy idea changed into a whole series. It's amazing to see how this grew overtime into something you can tell Alan is passionate about.

From this came an incredible story about pain, grief, and found family. It's astounding how far this has come in eight years. Happy anniversary!

At timestamp 4:45, Blue drops a full stack plus 44 diamonds in front of The Second Coming, who already had 3 in his inventory. However when he picks them all up, the other stack still says 44, instead of 47 (if you account for the three he already had).

after watching the 30th episode i cried from how much of an epic journey this is.

I just love how the creeper comes out of the no mercy document (also I know all of them go with it, I just liked the creeper one and the final showdown lyric that orange passes while putting the game in the bin)

Even though 8 years have passed since this little gem is still just as epic as it was since the first time I saw it, I'm glad that this was part of my childhood there.

This guy was my childhood and 8 years later this video is still legendary i use to patiently wait for each episode

i just noticed a lil thing when the stick figures were fighting the zombies. The files match up to what's happening. The stick figures reach a point in the storage folder where they are clueless, and one of the filed has the words "dead end". Another one is titled " I feel lost". A zombie was behind blue, and one of the files had the words "Behind You" in it. When yellow was killing a zombie, they pulled off a triple spin combo. One of the files was also named "How to Pull off a Triple Spin Combo". When blue was killing zombies, they were using a bow and arrow. One of the files was named " Robin Hood". Robin Hood also used a bow and arrow. When TSC was sending the zombies back to their graves (💀), there was a file named "killing spree" (bruh 💀). There are also many other file easter eggs, i was just too lazy to count them all.

This episode alone makes me realize how well Alan replicated like *everything* in Minecraft Even the small details and the things most people don't notice like the way arrows bend downwards and fall when a block that an arrow is on is broken. It's absolutely insane! Especially since this was made back in 2015, which is around 8 years ago.

This animation is super well and incredible. I love how satisfying they put the blocks and just smooth the animation is. I love there’s no voice so they keep it satisfied as it is. I find it crazy how TSC just found out about minecraft but was able to craft all of these things also crazy how yellow was able to make a beacon pyramid thingy with no prior knowledge

Looking back after watching the series is crazy Its so detailed its insane I came to realize this because when red gets knocked down in the nether while being possessed you can see him flicker into herobrine for a second, and if youve watched the entire thing you might be able to remember that herobrine also uses the fighting style of a giant mech of obsidian while fighting the king You also see them use their unique fighting styles from the beginning. Yellow with redstone and the bow, green with a fishing rod, blue using plants to his advantage, and tco being a jack of all trades, using whatever works

7 years ago Alan and his team gave us this. All that roller-coaster of emotions, all the chaos, all the fun memories, all the infuriating, sad, and painful ones, every single moment in that 7 years started here. I absolutely love how far the story has come.

This proves jungle trees are the ultimate weapon.

Years later still my favourite animation series ever created. No talking, yet still has the most expression in animation I’ve seen in a while. No completely overwhelming character designs but you can still tell who each and every one of them are based on how their body language speaks. I can even have a favourite character without them being ruined by the fandom, bc they’re just stickmen (it’s green) :)

Truly a masterpiece I remember watching this back in 2017 on my iPad and its astonishing to see how much memories this made 😢

I just noticed that the characters' Minecraft playstyles are established even this early on - Orange immediately builds the house he keeps forever, Yellow starts designing contraptions right away, Green builds a huge build, and Blue starts farming.

So this is all the characters in the Minecraft series: Orange - The master crafter Blue - The plant and potion guy Green - The master builder / Note block God Yellow - The redstone engineer Red - The animal guy Violet - Main antagonist

one of my favorite parts of this is how some of the file names correspond to what's happening in the animation, like how during the two creeper scenes there is a doxc file for each creeper both named " ninja ambush " and " ninja ambush (2) " or how when yellow spins around in the air killing zombies, there's a power point called " how to pull off a triple spin combo " behind him

Just noticed this video came out SEVEN YEARS ago now. Crazy to think, that such a simple little crossover, would not only help Alan grow in popularity, but also help keep Minecraft in the public eye and spawn what is probably my current favorite series on RU-vid right now.
